  We rented from View Property Mngt 10yrs back. Never had to complain about any maintenance work not being done. If there was a problem they came out and it got fixed. We treated the home as if it were ours, like fix minor things (good for practice) but we always informed them too. When we left, did a walk thru, got our deposit and moved on. So last year we found ourselves back in the area in hopes of getting into something affordable. We again contacted View Property and to our happy surprise the same staff were still there minus one Ms. Charmaine- who was super helpful at the time. But Teasha is even better. We told her what we were looking for, rooms, budget..and voila! We had the perfect rental home for the time being. In our experience we had a true crook as a landlord- trust us when we tell you View Property are not crooks. If there has ever been a problem, they come, they fix and that's that. If something you recently noticed isn't right, we've always been comfortable in calling them and making sure its reported, we're certain the same will go for you. They know these homes aren't brand new, so try learning to do the simple things like- buy the stove covers if you aren't happy with them. Don't expect butlers and maids every single time. It's pretty important to take care of a home yourself. It'll take time noticing problems if there are any, and they are fine with that. Just always call, or email any concerns. They are renting out these homes as best they could and they serve our community well by providing nice, decent homes at (in our opinion) affordable rental rates. So do take care of these homes. Also, we love their annual inspection. You want them to see that you're responsible tenants, clean and just a perfect time to communicate any problems with the home. They welcome all questions and concerns. They're aware of wear and tear so it's not scary renting from this business. They're very nice and all it takes is communication and definitely patience; because they do have several other tenants and work orders. We've used them twice within 10yrs and we'd recommend this management to anyone.
