I called and was on hold for 22min and 6 seconds and they never apologized for having me to wait so long or explained why and so I made an appointment for my son to have 2 extractions and two days before it was to happen they called and gave me some made up excuse as to why they couldn't do it and keep in mind he had his appointment for over a month. A lady there told me she would call me back in 30 min and I never ever heard from her. Don't waste your time with this group they do not have any customer service skills at all.
